Job Details

The Senior Manager, Commercial Program Management supports the development and implementation of strategic commercial programs to improve overall stakeholder experience, streamline operational processes, and govern stakeholder-facing communications to align with company policies and highly regulated Gaming Industry requirements.

In this role, you will serve as a subject matter expert key stakeholder data and information to maintain communication compliance throughout the organization. The role will have responsibility for ensuring consistency and comprehensiveness for all recurring executive reporting requirements and ad-hoc internal and external presentations. You will support a strong governance policy and oversee dynamic cross-functional process integrations to achieve communication transformation objectives and improved operations. Additionally, role will monitor the progress of commercial project implementations, track and update relevant business stakeholders of communication governance progress, and status reports.

What You'll Do

  • Provide support for the executive governance and reporting deliverables with the responsibility to ensure that all stakeholders are fully aware of all information and to ensure alignment of all related content and information are integrated.

  • Prepare detailed, time bound plan for stakeholder engagement around recurring executive reporting deliverables.

  • Facilitate, document, and report operational checkpoint activities between internal stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of projects to drive cross-functional teams to high performance execution

  • Facilitate structured communication between internal stakeholders for the purpose of alignment to deadlines and reporting expectations.

  • Develop and manage stakeholder engagement to support accurate and timely delivery of all assigned executive programs.

  • Serve as the single point of contact to stakeholders for all assigned deliverables and provide senior management with support to guide and enhance the stakeholder understanding for new and existing executive processes, governance, and reporting. Work proactively across the business to identify additional opportunities for content inclusion and maintain awareness of all business activities.

  • Oversee the development, distribution, and maintenance of all related documentation, ensuring access is available for all stakeholders, and managing the organization of the content to ensure usefulness and discoverability of previous information.

  • Develop and guide strategy for all executive level presentations, internal and external, including communications mediums and materials, to consistently articulate key messages, organizational strategy, and timely information.

  • Lead and guide other team members to deliver engaging and high-quality presentation materials.

  • Create and maintain positive and collaborative relationships across the business and work as part of cross-functional teams as required.

  • Determine key stakeholder experience impacts, develop effective stakeholder communication plans required commercial changes, and implement to successful conclusion.

  • Change Management: Support changes to current ways of working through establishment, identification, and management of necessary steps for change and monitoring pre- and post- change activities to ensure successful implementation and stakeholder alignment.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related fields

  • Requires at least 7 years of prior relevant experience

  • Experience in Six Sigma Green/Black Belt process improvement or similar methodology discipline strongly preferred

  • Takes self-initiative, embodies a growth-mindset, and strong business acumen

  • Requires experience in internal stakeholder communication, compliance, and governance

  • Demonstrated experience with executive communication and developing presentations

  • Experience with cross-functional stakeholders and being a team influencer

  • Requires excellent project, program, and change management skills and capabilities

  • Strong experience with internal stakeholder management and communication streams

  • Advanced MS Office experience with ability to use advanced features of Excel and develop/present advanced PowerPoint decks

  • Track record of human-centered process design in a highly regulated industry with preferred impactful data-driven decision making and problem-solving abilities

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
