Senior Manager, Paid Media (Creative Strategy) Responsibilities:

• Lead creative strategy and testing across key media channels.
• Manage agency relationships and campaign briefs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on campaign execution and analysis.
• Develop best practices and oversee creative performance insights.
• Mentor a team and lead quarterly creative planning.

Senior Manager, Paid Media (Creative Strategy) Qualifications:

• 10+ years in marketing, creative, or media strategy.
• Expertise in biddable media and creative production.
• Skilled in A/B and multivariate testing.
• Familiar with ad ops tools (e.g., DCM) and creative software.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Entertainment or agency experience (preferred).
• People management background (preferred).
