Job Description

This role is responsible for content dissemination and user growth strategies for 'Love and Deep Space' across various content platforms, leveraging user insights and version content. Key tasks include planning and executing communication events, developing and implementing platform-specific ecological plans, and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure project success and timely response to issues, ultimately driving conversion effectiveness.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • 3+ years of game communication experience.
  • Familiarity with short video user acquisition mechanisms.
  • Good understanding of media ecosystems, activities, and KOL attributes on platforms like Douyin and Xiaohongshu.
  • Excellent data analysis skills.
  • Goal-oriented, able to focus on factors impacting results.
  • High sensitivity and insight into market trends, popular culture, major events, and hot topics.
  • Understanding of female users.
Good to have:
  • Understanding of Otome game content ecosystem is a plus.

1. Responsible for content dissemination for Love and Deep Space, formulating user growth strategies for the game on various content platforms based on version content and user insights, and being responsible for conversion effectiveness.

2. Planning and executing communication events and plans based on core content positions according to product promotion nodes, and driving their implementation.

3. Formulating corresponding ecological plans based on the product's platform ecosystem, and driving their implementation.

4. Integrating various resources, coordinating internal and cross-departmental teams to jointly complete projects, controlling the overall picture and details, and responding to various emergencies in a timely manner.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with 3 years or more of game communication experience.

2. Familiar with short video user acquisition mechanisms, with a good understanding of media ecosystems, activities, and KOL attributes on different content platforms (e.g., Douyin, Xiaohongshu).

3. Possess excellent data analysis skills, capable of adjusting strategies based on operational data and driving their implementation.

4. Goal-oriented, able to focus on factors that truly impact results.

5. High sensitivity and insight into market trends and popular culture; highly sensitive to major events, emergencies, hot topics, and popular culture.

6. Love for games, understanding of female users, and understanding of the Otome game content ecosystem is a plus.
