À propos du Poste
Zenoti recherche un(e) Spécialiste d’Implémentation (francophone & anglophone) pour accompagner nos clients dans l’adoption et l’optimisation de notre solution logicielle.
En tant que référent produit, vous guiderez les entreprises dans l’implémentation de notre plateforme, en assurant formations, démonstrations et support technique avancé. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les clients pour comprendre leurs besoins, configurer Zenoti et garantir un déploiement efficace.
Si vous avez une expertise technique, une expérience avec les solutions d’entreprise et un fort sens du service client, ce poste est fait pour vous !
Missions
- Comprendre les besoins clients et proposer des solutions adaptées avec Zenoti.
- Animer des démos, formations et revues de solutions pour maximiser l’impact du produit.
- Configurer et optimiser la plateforme selon les spécificités métier des clients.
- Identifier les risques potentiels et assurer un déploiement fluide.
- Assurer un support technique de haut niveau et résoudre les problèmes clients rapidement.
- Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour améliorer les processus et les intégrations.
- Rester à jour sur les nouvelles fonctionnalités et tendances du secteur.
- Gérer plusieurs projets simultanément et assurer le respect des SLAs et KPIs.
Profil Recherché
- Français et anglais courants (écrit et oral).
- 4 à 8 ans d’expérience en implémentation et support de logiciels d’entreprise.
- Expertise en API, solutions cloud et migration de données.
- Expérience en déploiement de solutions à grande échelle et gestion de clients.
- Excellentes compétences en communication, présentation et formation.
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets et à travailler avec des équipes distantes.
- Bonnes compétences analytiques et résolution de problèmes.
- Bonus : Connaissances en HTML, JavaScript, JIRA, ou expérience dans l’industrie du bien-être/spa.
