Job Summary
This Senior Outreach Marketing Specialist role, based remotely in Poland and focusing on the UK market, is a high-impact position within the Digital PR Team. Reporting to the Manager, Outreach Marketing, the specialist will drive and shape PR campaigns to enhance brand authority, secure press coverage, and foster organic growth for BOLD’s B2C brands. The role demands proven experience in media relations, a deep understanding of the UK media landscape, PR trends, and digital best practices, balancing traditional link-building with digital PR to maximize visibility and impact. Key responsibilities include owning the UK PR calendar, pitching content to journalists, developing media relationships, and tracking performance.
Must Have
- Own and direct the PR and outreach calendar in the UK.
- Write, edit, and pitch press releases, guides, surveys, and expert-driven content to UK journalists.
- Develop and foster relationships with key UK reporters, bloggers, and influencers.
- Adapt US-based Digital PR content for the UK audience.
- Proactively identify PR opportunities based on market trends.
- Execute targeted outreach campaigns that generate press coverage and authoritative backlinks.
- Balance Digital PR campaigns and traditional link-building.
- Collaborate across PR, SEO, and content teams.
- Track outreach success rates, backlink acquisition, and press coverage.
- Deliver regular reporting on earned media wins and link performance.
- Provide quarterly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
- 6+ years of media relations or public relations experience.
- Strong writing, editing, and research skills, with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and PR platforms such as BuzzStream, Cision, Pitchbox, or Ahrefs.
- Ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.

- Strong familiarity with SEO principles, experience with traditional backlinking.
- Background in agency or in-house PR with international collaboration.

We collaborate with social media, content, and SEO teams to amplify brand presence in the UK and globally. Salary & Eligibility
Pay Range
10 500 - 12 500 PLN gross, Employment Agreement (Umowa o Pracę)
Location
This position is 100% remote, work from home. You must live in Poland or be willing to relocate to Poland to be considered for this role.
