Job Summary

Sprinklr is seeking a Senior SEO Specialist to develop and execute a comprehensive SEO and LLM strategy, aligning with business goals and target personas. This role involves conducting keyword research, optimizing site architecture, tracking performance using various SEO tools, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive organic growth and conversions in a B2B or SaaS environment. The specialist will also be responsible for reporting actionable insights and staying ahead of industry trends.

Must Have

  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO + LLM strategy aligned with business goals and target personas.
  • Conduct keyword/prompt research, competitive analysis, and topic clustering.
  • Collaborate with the content team to build an editorial roadmap driven by SEO insights and intent mapping.
  • Partner with web developers to ensure site architecture, technical hygiene, and Core Web Vitals are optimized.
  • Own and optimize website taxonomy, internal linking, and metadata for scalability.
  • Define and track SEO KPIs: traffic, citations, rankings, engagement, and conversion impact on pipeline growth.
  • Use tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog to monitor performance.
  • Provide monthly performance reports with actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Identify and resolve crawl, indexation, and performance issues proactively.
  • Partner with content, paid, web and product marketing teams to create integrated, omnichannel experiences.
  • 4–6 years of experience in SEO, with at least 3+ years in a B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise-level SEO — technical, content, and off-page.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable organic growth and conversions in a SaaS or tech context.
  • Solid grasp of HTML, CSS, and website architecture fundamentals.
  • Analytical mindset with strong proficiency in data interpretation, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills — able to translate complex SEO insights into business impact.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying growth opportunities.
  • Stay ahead of SEO, LLM, AI, and content trends—experimenting with emerging approaches for competitive advantage.

What You’ll Bring
