This Senior Software Engineer role involves analyzing, designing, developing, testing, implementing, and maintaining information technology solutions by creating or modifying software applications. The position requires an intermediate professional capable of working on moderate-scope projects, demonstrating resourcefulness, self-initiative, and independent judgment. Responsibilities include evaluating issues, making recommendations, and guiding less experienced team members. The technical environment encompasses multiple system platforms and various methodologies, techniques, languages, tools, and utilities.

Must Have

• Analyze, design, develop, test, implement, and maintain IT solutions
• Create new and/or modify existing software applications
• Work on projects of moderate scope or varied tasks

• Evaluate implications of issues and make recommendations for solutions
• Guide less experienced team members
• Minimally requires a Master's degree, or Bachelor's degree and 2 years of related experience, or high school degree and 4 years of related experience

Initiatives may range from small enhancements through the largest, most complex development projects. The technical environment for software development consists of multiple system platforms and a variety of methodologies, techniques, languages, tools, and utilities. Intermediate professional working on projects of a moderate scope or on varied tasks that require resourcefulness, self-initiative, and significant independent judgement. Demonstrates a developing functional knowledge to evaluate the implications of issues and make recommendations for solutions. Guides less experienced team members. May recommend new procedures. Minimally requires a Master's degree, or Bachelor's degree and 2 years of related experience, or high school degree and 4 years of related experience.
