Job Description

The Solutions Consultant collaborates with prospects and clients to address pain points within their current operational framework. Their primary goal is to secure new business by showcasing how the Clearwater solution effectively resolves issues and enhances the overall value of their operations. As an integral member of the sales team, the Solutions Consultant serves as a subject matter expert on the Clearwater Solution, harnessing their profound expertise in finance, accounting, and/or technology to support clients.
Must Have:
  • Win new business to meet team sales quotas.
  • Assist in the development of compelling proposals and RFP responses.
  • Understand client systems, processes, and business requirements to showcase Clearwater solution benefits.
  • Document solution requirements and prospect / client processes to ensure successful implementation and customer delight.
  • Provide product and market feedback to internal teams.
  • Assist with critical research and preparation for sales visits.
  • Proven record of exceeding goals/quotas.
  • Relevant experience in Insurance, Investment Management, FinTech, Investment Accounting, or Investment Operations.
  • Commitment to agility, continuous learning, improvement, and operational excellence.
  • Strong data analysis skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
  • Bachelor’s/Masters Degree in business, finance, accounting and/or relevant area of focus.
  • 1+ years of relevant experience.

  • Document solution requirements and prospect / client processes to ensure successful implementation and customer delight.
  • Provide relevant product and market feedback to Clearwater’s product management, development, global delivery, and client services teams.
  • Assist with critical research and preparation for sales visits.

Required Skills:
