About the role:
This is a fixed-term contract (FTC) role for 12 months. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner based in Kuala Lumpur, you’ll be a key driver of our growth journey — discovering, engaging, and securing the top talent that moves us forward. You’ll lead end-to-end recruitment across the dynamic APJ region, partnering across a mix of technical, support, go-to-market, and corporate strategy roles.
You’ll take full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle, delivering an outstanding experience for candidates and stakeholders alike. The ideal candidate thrives in high-volume hiring, expertly juggling multiple priorities, and quickly adapting in a fast-paced, global environment where every hire shapes our future.
This role will report directly to the Senior Director, Global Head of Talent Acquisition.
What You Will Do:
Talent Strategy & Market Intelligence
- Use talent insights and market signals to not just hire — but shape how we compete for the best.
- Support key TA projects such as EVP development, hiring guides, and process improvements that help strengthen how we attract and hire talent.
- Collaborate closely with global and regional TA teams to share market trends and optimize hiring strategies.
Full-Cycle Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across your APJ business areas — from sourcing through offer.
- Lead high-volume hiring campaigns, balancing speed with quality.
- Proactively source talent across multiple channels for both technical and non-technical roles.
Stakeholder Experience & Cross-functional Partnerships
- Partner with hiring managers, business leaders, HRBPs, and cross-functional teams to understand talent needs and align recruitment with business goals.
- Coordinate interview logistics, feedback, and offers to ensure a smooth, efficient process for all.
Candidate Experience
- Deliver a positive candidate journey with clear communication and timely updates.
- Act as a brand ambassador, building excitement and trust in the APJ market.
Data & Reporting
- Maintain accurate data and reports in the ATS to track pipeline health and key hiring metrics.
- Leverage AI tools and analytics to improve sourcing, candidate engagement, and recruitment outcomes.
What You Need To Succeed:
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally within the Tech or SaaS space — or similarly fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — you're able to influence, advise, and partner across all levels.
- A passion for data — confident using talent tech and analytics, with a curiosity for how AI can enhance hiring decisions and candidate experiences.
- Ability to balance immediate hiring needs with long-term talent strategy, always keeping the bigger picture in mind.
- Strong sourcing capabilities and deep market knowledge across the APJ region.
- A collaborative mindset with a genuine drive to connect people to meaningful opportunities.
- A track record of success in managing high-volume recruitment within fast-paced, matrixed environments.
- A strong commitment to inclusive hiring practices and a belief in the value of building diverse, equitable teams.
- A proactive, self-directed approach — able to manage competing priorities and deliver across multiple time zones.
