Must Have
- Active search for qualified candidates using various channels (LinkedIn, job portals, internal database, social networks)
- Using a variety of research methods and sourcing techniques to generate a talent pool
- Maintaining timely and accurate information on all candidate interactions in the ATS
- Attending briefing sessions with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand requirements and build search strategies
- Developing talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong Intermediate or higher spoken and written English
- 3+ years of experience in IT sourcing
- Research acumen and creativity to learn new tech roles and business domains quickly
- Solid communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with potential candidates
- Organized and data-focused, with strong attention to detail
- Analytical mindset
- Curious, with a strong desire to learn
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
