- Present technical strategy and program status to senior leadership.
- Mentor engineers in schematic capture, PCB design, characterization, validation, and failure analysis.
- Lead electrical team in coexistence, signal/power integrity, and electrical integration assessments.
- BS in Electrical Engineering (or related) with minimum 10 years industry experience.
- Leadership experience managing engineers and multi-functional teams.
- Ability to present complex technical topics clearly and concisely.
- Strong EE analog fundamentals with circuit design and development experience.

Join the Touch ID team and play a pivotal role in leading the development of ground breaking fingerprint biometric sensors. You'll be engaged in the entire sensor development lifecycle, from concept to mass production. You will be applying your expertise in analog and digital circuit design to design sensing modules and evaluate coexistence, electrical performance and product integration. A proactive electrical engineering leader with a passion for solving complex technical challenges and building and developing high performing engineering teams. You have a proven ability to influence multi-functional teams and decisions through complex technical issues. You are a strategic thinker with a strong foundation of analog circuit fundamentals and a proven track record of taking electrical designs into mass production. - Lead the TouchID electrical engineering team in the design, development, and integration of TouchID sensors for Apple products from concept to high-volume mass production.
- Navigate complex multi-functional dependencies, building strong relationships with silicon, algorithms, mechanical design, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless product integration.
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams in assessing technical risk, solving technical issues and defining strategy and convergence plans to meet product requirements.
- Present technical strategy and program issue status to senior leadership on a regular basis.
- Mentor and lead a team of engineers, guiding them through the process of schematic capture, PCB design, characterization, validation, and failure analysis.
- Lead the electrical engineer team in performing coexistence, signal and power integrity, and electrical integration assessments.
- BS in Electrical Engineering (or related field) and a minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience.
- Leadership experience managing engineers and multi-functional teams.
- Proven ability to present sophisticated technical topics clearly and concisely, influencing decisions and securing consensus from senior leadership.
- Strong EE analog fundamentals with demonstrated experience in all phases of circuit design and development.
