Job Summary
We are seeking an expert in SEO, SMM, SMO, On-page/Off-page Optimization, Social Media Campaign Management, Mobile SEO, Google Analytics, and Keyword planning to generate B2B leads. Responsibilities include keyword research, competitor analysis, achieving traffic and ROI targets, landing page optimization, managing online campaigns, and reporting. Candidates should have at least 1 year of SEO experience and strong analytical and communication skills.
Must Have
- Experience with SEO, SMM, SMO, On page Optimization, Off page, Social Media Campaign Management, Mobile SEO, Google Analytics, Keyword planning & targeting
- Experience with keyword research tools like Word Tracker, Keyword Discovery, Google Adwords Keyword Tool
- Track and report competitor marketing activities weekly
- Achieve leads and traffic targets across Google, Facebook, and Emailers
- Achieve ROI targets and drive ongoing improvement through rigorous testing and optimization
- Perform ongoing analytics for Landing page optimization and testing
- Strategize, execute, and manage Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Link Building and Internet Marketing campaigns
- Perform Quora topic updates
- Research and strategize using Google Analytics
- Monitor and administer analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools
- Perform social media postings with relevant content for the brand
- Perform Social Media Updates on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Slideshare
- Help to socialize & promote marketing content in-line with the targeted audience
- Implement link building campaigns in coordination with client SEO goals
- Execute content strategies via social media platforms in coordination with SEO goals
- Willing to take ownership of projects and be accountable to the ultimate success of each project / campaign
- Evaluate effectiveness of all online marketing programs, draw conclusions and develop recommendations
- Prefer candidates with 1 year SEO experience
- Knowledgeable about natural/organic search engine optimization tactics and how web metrics are tracked
- Strong strategist/tactician with current knowledge of latest industry trends with Google, Yahoo, MSN
- Hands-on experience with HTML and CSS
- Web Analytical skills including ability to monitor traffic, understand click through and select relative data for analyzing future action
- Highly Proficient in English Writing and Speaking Skills
- Quantitative skills including the ability to monitor budgets, understand return on investment and select relative data for analyzing future action
- Strong execution and implementation skills
- PG/Graduate/Undergraduate from any stream or students from any stream (having completed 12th or Diploma)
Good to Have
- Good understanding of scripts and coding languages like Javascript, ASP, PHP, Cold Fusion, ASPX and JSP
- Content writing and image writing ability

Responsibilities
- Keyword Research: Experience with tools like Word Tracker, Keyword
- Discovery, Google Adwords Keyword Tool
- Track and report competitor marketing activities as well as stats on a weekly basis.
- Be responsible for achieving leads and traffic targets across various online vehicles such as Google, Facebook, and Emailers
- Achieve ROI targets and drive ongoing improvement for the same through rigorous testing and optimization.
- Ongoing analytics for Landing page optimization and testing to improve conversion of online campaigns on Search, and Display
- Ongoing reporting on relevant metrics and status of action items.
- Strategize Execute and Manage Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Link
- Building and Internet Marketing campaigns for high-end clients.
- Quora topic updates.
- Research and strategize using Google Analytics.
- Reporting: Monitor and administer different analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance client goals
- Social media postings with relevant content for the brand.
- Social Media Updates on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Slideshare.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Prefer candidates with 1 year SEO experience.

- Is a strong strategist/tactician. Has current knowledge of latest industry trends with Google, Yahoo, MSN, etc.

- First month of training along with live project exposure will be without pay for freshers. Thus the monthly payouts will start only from the 2nd month for candidates with zero experience due to the additional training phase involved.
