Shred Plant Coordinator- Union
Job Description
- Manage the daily operations of the shredding plant, ensuring the efficiency of shredding, baling, and material handling processes to meet targets.
- Provide direction, training, and supervision to the shredding technicians.
- Operate and perform preventative maintenance on equipment like shredders, balers, and forklifts.
- Implement and enforce company policies and industry standards to ensure a safe and secure work environment.
- 2 years of experience in the transportation, operations, or warehouse field.
- Mechanical Aptitude: Must be able to diagnose, repair, and maintain equipment.
- Bobcat (Skid Steer) Certification.
- Forklift certification.
- Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.

What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:

- Be Implementing and enforcing company policies and industry standards to ensure a safe and secure work environment
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2 years of experience in the transportation, operations, or warehouse field.
- Mechanical Aptitude: Must be able to diagnose, repair, and maintain equipment
- Bobcat (Skid Steer) Certification and Forklift certification are a most
- Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
