Job Summary
This role seeks a passionate software developer to join the ASTRO System Management Team, focusing on network and system monitoring applications for ASTRO (P25) based systems. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping a new reference product for various communication systems, taking responsibility for the entire development pipeline, including design, implementation, testing, and deployment to effectively resolve customer problems.
Must Have
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunication or related field
- Experience in Java programming ecosystem
- Experience in Linux-based OS as a user
- Base developer tools usage: Gradle/Maven/Git
- Ability to work in a scrum team
- Knowledge how development pipeline works for CI/CD
Good to Have
- Experience in at least one of modern databases
- Network programming (SNMP protocol)
- Scripting languages
- Cyber-security awareness

Department Overview
ASTRO System Management Team is responsible for development of network & system monitoring applications: provisioning, configuration, fault and performance management of ASTRO (P25) based systems. Our products are entirely developed and tested in our R&D center in Krakow.
Job Description
We are looking for a passionate software developer who will be able to resolve real customer problems in the most effective way. Together we will shape our new reference product for a variety of communication systems. You will be responsible for work in the entire development pipeline (design, implementation, test, deployment).
Technologies:
Java, Spring, Hibernate, JavaScript, additional tools (Gradle, Maven, Jenkins, Artifactory), PostgreSQL
Basic Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunication or related field
- Experience in Java programming ecosystem
