Software Technologist I – Full Stack Development Engineer

Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions. Design and implement client-side and server-side requirements. Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design. Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications. Write effective APIs. Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency. Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software. Create security and data protection settings. Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design. Write technical documentation. Improve productivity and reduce release cycle time through effective use of AI, leveraging tools like GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, and OpenAI Codex.

Must Have

• Ideate software solutions with development teams and product managers.

• Knowledge of front-end languages and libraries like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery.
• Experience in JavaScript frameworks Angular, React, Node.js.
• Experience in back-end languages like Java, Python.
• Familiarity with databases MySQL, MongoDB, and web servers (Apache, Nginx).
• Familiarity with UI/UX design.
• Experience working in AWS/Azure cloud environment.
• Adept at using AI Assistance tools: GitHub Copilot, Codex, Windsurf, AI Agents, RAG, MCP.
• Knowledge of creation and consumption of REST and SOAP services.
• Experience working in scrum teams and familiar with agile methodologies.
• Great attention to technical details in the project.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of a regulated (FDA) development environment.
• Experience working in a cross-cultural environment in a global setup.
• Prior experience in supporting medical products SW development.
• Strong drive and focus on software quality.

• Familiarity with databases MySQL, MongoDB, web servers (e.g. Apache, nginx) and UI/UX design.
• Experience working in AWS/Azure cloud environment.
• Adept at using one of these AI Assistance tools: GitHub Copilot, Codex, or Windsurf during coding tasks, AI Agents, Implementation of RAG and MCP.
