Must Have
- Good understanding of HTML and general web fundamentals (DOM, CSS basics, browser behaviour)
- CS/Engineering background or equivalent technical knowledge
- Strong communication skills

- Experience dealing with customers (support, onboarding, troubleshooting, etc.)

We’re looking for a Solutions Engineer who can help customers get the most out of Storylane. This role sits between engineering and customer-facing teams, and is ideal for someone who understands how the web works and enjoys solving practical issues for users. You will be involved in both post-sales and pre-sales
Storylane has been crushing it since we launched in 2021. We've got Gong, Amazon, NASDAQ, and other major players using our demo automation platform.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with demo builds, basic troubleshooting, and product usage questions.
- Understand customer issues clearly and work with internal teams when needed.
- Help configure HTML/CSS-related fixes or adjustments inside the product.
- Support the team in creating or improving demo experiences.
- Communicate updates or solutions clearly to customers and teammates.
Requirements
- Good understanding of HTML and general web fundamentals (DOM, CSS basics, browser behaviour).
- CS/Engineering background or equivalent technical knowledge.
- Frontend engineering exposure is appreciated but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills — ability to explain things simply.
- Experience dealing with customers (support, onboarding, troubleshooting, etc.) is a plus.
