Job Summary
This role involves conceptualizing, executing, and integrating data-driven projects for commercial efforts in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries. As a subject matter expert, you will drive innovation and provide thought leadership. Responsibilities include leading project teams, providing strategic advice, analyzing data, developing insights, managing projects independently, optimizing data processes, coordinating with global teams, engaging in business development, and mentoring junior team members. The goal is to enhance commercial operations and boost sales performance. This involves working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions for clients and contribute to organizational growth. Additionally, the role includes client communication, meeting facilitation and handling timelines with minimal oversight.
Must Have

Job Description

- Lead cross-functional project teams in the design and development of high-quality deliverables for clients.
- Provide strategic advice on project direction, resource management, and timelines, while assuming responsibility for key data analytics tasks to support internal teams and clients.
- Collaborate with leadership to define project scope, approach, and development strategies.
- Analyze data, synthesize findings, and develop actionable insights, communicating results to both internal and external teams.
- Independently manage projects, handling client communications, meeting facilitation, and timelines, serving as a primary point of contact with minimal oversight.
- Develop and optimize data processes, utilizing coding where necessary to facilitate efficient data handling and reporting.
- Coordinate with global and diverse teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Engage in business development activities and contribute to internal firm initiatives to drive organizational growth.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, overseeing their professional development and encouraging continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
You will need to have
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree with at least 4 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint), with advanced expertise in Excel.
- Knowledge of coding languages (SAS, Python, R, VBA, etc.) and experience with data visualization software (Tableau, Power BI) is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with a proven ability to solve complex problems.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated organizational, time management, and project management skills, with the ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong ability to collaborate, adapt quickly, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with industry best practices in data analytics within the pharmaceutical sector.
