Sr. Consultant, Commercial Operations & Analytics

This role focuses on developing and executing data-driven projects for commercial efforts in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries. Responsibilities include leading project teams, providing strategic advice, analyzing data, and communicating findings. The candidate will manage projects independently, handle client communications, and develop data processes. Additional tasks involve coordinating with global teams, engaging in business development, and mentoring junior team members.

Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years experience in life sciences.
• Understanding of Pharmaceutical commercial functions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to collaborate and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of coding languages (SAS, Python, R, VBA, etc.)

• Lead cross-functional project teams in the design and development of high-quality deliverables for clients.

You will need to have

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree with at least 4 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
• Good understanding of Pharmaceutical commercial functions, including Data Management, Sales Operations, Commercial Analytics, and BI/Reporting.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint), with advanced expertise in Excel.
• Knowledge of coding languages (SAS, Python, R, VBA, etc.) and experience with data visualization software (Tableau, Power BI) is highly preferred.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with a proven ability to solve complex problems.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated organizational, time management, and project management skills, with the ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong ability to collaborate, adapt quickly, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with industry best practices in data analytics within the pharmaceutical sector.
