  • In-depth understanding of UX principles.

Job Description

The Sr. Digital Adoption Specialist will be responsible for building programs used for onboarding, training and communication that optimize WalkMe and other in-application AI solutions and generate actionable data for improved customer retention.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital adoption strategies for multiple SaaS applications
  • Analyze user behavior and engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize digital adoption initiatives
  • Design and create interactive walkthroughs, tooltips, and other in-app guidance using digital adoption platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and tailor adoption solutions accordingly
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to digital adoption and user engagement
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in digital adoption and change management
  • Continuously optimize and refine digital adoption strategies based on user feedback and data insights
  • Install and use the assigned insightsoftware products and develop an in-depth understanding of them

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in digital adoption, software implementation, or a similar role
  • Proficiency in digital adoption platforms such as WalkMe, Pendo, or Whatfix
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Proven track record of successful digital adoption initiatives in enterprise environments
  • Experience with a wide range of enterprise software and SaaS applications
  • Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • In-depth understanding of user experience (UX) principles and their application in digital adoption
  • Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design concepts
  • Certifications in digital adoption platforms are preferred
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Project management and/or Jira experience
