Job Summary
This role involves engaging with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for identity lifecycle and access management features. The analyst will partner with technology leadership to define project scope, identify risks, and facilitate discussions to create Business Requirements Documents. They will translate business requirements into technical specifications, create user stories in Jira or Azure DevOps, and act as a liaison between business and development teams. The role requires acting as a Subject Matter Expert for McDonald’s custom IAM application and supporting QA/testing and User Acceptance Testing within Agile Scrum frameworks.
Must Have
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for identity lifecycle and access management features.
- Partner with technology leadership to define project scope and proactively identify requirement-related risks and dependencies.
- Facilitate structured discussions with cross-functional teams to define and document Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
- Collaborate with architects and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Create user stories, Epics, and tasks in Jira or Azure DevOps in collaboration with technical leads.
- Serve as a liaison between business and development teams, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for McDonald’s custom IAM application and IAM concepts.
- Collaborate with QA/testing teams to support defect analysis, triage, and resolution.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate with business teams for validation.
- Operate within Agile Scrum frameworks.
- Maintain strong communication and coordination across multiple stakeholders.
- 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Business Technical Analyst roles, preferably in IAM or security domains.
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts (Identity lifecycle, RBAC, ABAC, MFA, consent management).
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proven ability to coordinate across business and technical teams.
- Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps for user story and feature management.
- Familiarity with ASP.Net applications and Azure platform (no coding required).
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Basic understanding of cloud computing and identity governance (no coding required).
Good to Have
- Familiarity with Agile Architecture principles is preferred.
- Experience with IAM tools like SailPoint or Saviynt is a plus.
- Knowledge of Active Directory (AD), Microsoft Entra ID, Virtual Directory Services (VDS).
- Experience in HR system integrations for identity feeds.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
