Job Description

Our Salesforce Administration team empowers Egnyte by streamlining and automating business processes across the entire lead-to-cash cycle. We manage Salesforce as the central platform connecting Sales, Marketing, and Finance – integrating key tools, maintaining data integrity, and optimizing workflows for efficiency and accuracy. Through Salesforce CPQ, we enable effective prospecting, quoting, and deal management, while Salesforce Billing ensures precise invoicing, revenue recognition, and subscription management. We strive to deliver a unified, data-driven Salesforce ecosystem that supports growth and an exceptional customer experience. The Sr. Salesforce Administrator will serve as a senior system administrator for the Salesforce.com Revenue Cloud environment, including CPQ and Billing, supporting administrative functions, system audits, and new development requests.

Must Have:
  • Serve as senior system administrator for Salesforce.com Revenue Cloud (CPQ and Billing).
  • Support basic administrative functions: user accounts, reports, dashboards, validations, flows.
  • Perform routine tasks within Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and managed packages.
  • Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades.
  • Coordinate evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests.
  • Establish processes for administrative, development, and change management activities.
  • Maintain subject matter expertise with new Salesforce.com releases independently.
  • Engage with users and business analysts to identify system enhancements.
  • Develop elegant, simple, and scalable solutions.
  • Perform extensive system testing for efficiency and methodology compliance.
  • Minimum three years experience as Salesforce.com administrator with CPQ and Billing.
  • Familiarity with integrated ERP tools like Netsuite.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize requests, and manage laterally/upwards.
  • Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude.
  • Creative, analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication at all organizational levels.
  • Critically evaluate information, reconcile conflicts, distinguish user needs.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Serve as a senior system administrator for the Salesforce.com Revenue Cloud environment that includes CPQ and Billing
  • Be able to support all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, validations, flows, and other routine tasks within Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud and other managed packages
  • Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades
  • Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests
  • Work with other members of the Salesforce administrator team to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities
  • Work independently to maintain subject matter expertise with each new Salesforce.com release
  • Engage with system users and business analysts to identify system enhancements and/or new applications to meet business needs
  • Develop elegant, simple, and scalable solutions
  • Perform extensive system testing to ensure that the systems work efficiently and are developed following the applicable development methodology

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum three years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator with Salesforce CPQ and Billing experience
  • Familiarity with integrated ERP tools (i.e. Netsuite)
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards
  • Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ certifications preferred
  • Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude
  • Creative and analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization and to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs

COMPENSATION:

  • Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across multiple U.S. geographic locations, and pay varies based on defined markets. The standard base pay range for this position across the U.S. is $110k - $140k annually. Pay varies by work location and may also be dependent on job-related skills, knowledge, and/or experience. During the interview and/or hiring process, your recruiter can share more information about the compensation package specific to the role and job location.
