Role and Missions — What you will do 🚀

As our Strategic Project Manager, join our new team and play a key role in driving transformative change to Homa's Gen-AI initiatives. Work closely with the C-Suite and key stakeholders to strategically plan and execute both our new Gen-AI projects and help scale our non-tech Gen-AI projects.

Here's a glimpse into what you will be doing:

• Oversee the existing backlog of technology and Generative AI (Gen-AI) projects.
• Collaborate across teams to prioritize and deliver key initiatives.
• Leverage tools and solutions to deploy and enhance business processes with Gen-AI capabilities.
• Increase company adoption and impact of Gen-AI projects.
• Regularly report on projects to the team, company, and C-Suite.
• Assist C-Suite in developing new projects 

Preferred Experience — What's your profile 
If you’re creative, ambitious, and up for taking over the industry, we want you on our team!

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-3 years of strategy / financial advisory AND/OR 1-3 years in project management in a tech company
• Ability to understand and communicate engineering problems to key stakeholders
• Thrives working autonomously, demonstrating adaptability, resilience, and an ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving specialty.
• Strong business acumen.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills that inspire trust in senior stakeholders and allow for clear explanation and documentation.
• Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, while maintaining focus on the overall objectives.

Nice to have:

• Previous experience in Generative AI/data science.
• Some experience in coding (full-stack) is a plus.
• Knowledge of Mobile Gaming tech.
