As a Sales Advisor at KIABI, you will share a strong adventure with your team and customers. Your mission involves welcoming customers with a smile, offering style and fashion advice, and ensuring collections are well-presented to create a unique and human shopping experience. You will also be versatile, actively participating in store life, whether on the sales floor, at the cash register, or in fitting rooms. The role requires a passion for fashion, strong customer service skills, versatility, a desire to learn, and the ability to take initiative.

• As a KIABI Sales Advisor, you put all your potential and motivation at the service of the customer by always welcoming them with a smile and giving them your Look and Fashion advice.
• You ensure the implementation, hanging, and tidying of collections in the different universes, in order to transform their customer shopping experience into a truly UNIQUE & HUMAN EXPERIENCE.
• You also actively participate in the life of the store by being versatile both on the sales floor, at the cash register, and in the fitting rooms.

Qualifications

You have a real appetite for the ready-to-wear sector and fashion fascinates you.
