Job Summary
Join our sales team as a Prequalification and Sales Coordinator at AFRY. You will be responsible for the entire PQ process, coordinating internally and externally, preparing high-quality prequalification applications, and ensuring their successful completion. This role is crucial for strengthening our sales efforts and delivering top-tier materials to clients in the construction industry. You can work from our Herning or Aarhus offices.
Must Have
- Screening and analysis of relevant leads and tenders.
- Coordinating and preparing prequalification materials, including references and request letters.
- Assembling the right teams in collaboration with colleagues.
- Ensuring all material is thoroughly processed and delivered in top quality.
- Actively contributing to the preparation of tenders.
- Experience with PQ work, including preparation of ESPD.
- Strong linguistic skills in Danish and English.
- Knowledge of the construction industry and its processes.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in teams.
- Structured, detail-oriented, and able to maintain an overview in a dynamic environment.
- Outgoing and good at building internal and external relationships.
- Solid IT experience with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Dynamics) and Adobe (InDesign, Illustrator).

As a prequalification and sales coordinator, you and a colleague will be responsible for the entire PQ process. You will coordinate internally and externally with partners, prepare targeted, high-quality prequalification applications, and ensure that applications reach their goal safely.
You have the opportunity to work from our offices in Herning or Aarhus depending on your location.

Is it you we are looking for?
Your primary tasks will be:
- Screening and analysis: Identify relevant leads and tenders on the tender portal and analyze data for prequalifications and offers based on our strategy.
- Coordination and quality: Coordinate and prepare prequalification material – including references and request letters – and assemble the right teams in collaboration with colleagues. You ensure that all material is thoroughly processed and delivered in absolute top class.
- Tender work: Actively contribute to the preparation of tenders and ensure that we present ourselves professionally and competitively to the customer.
Qualifications
You will fit well into the job if you:
- have experience with PQ work, including preparation of ESPD
- have strong linguistic skills in Danish and English
- have knowledge of the construction industry and its processes
- work independently and thrive in teams
- are structured, detail-oriented and maintain an overview in a dynamic everyday life with many deadlines
- are outgoing and good at building relationships internally and externally
- have solid IT experience: Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Dynamics) and Adobe (InDesign, Illustrator)
