Job Description
Do you want to combine your studies with a student job that gives you insight into sales, communication, and digital tools? At AFRY, we are looking for an engaged student assistant for our sales team.
You will become part of our sales department in Public and Commercial Places in Aarhus. Here, we offer a high professional ambition level in an engaged team. Your student job will be flexible (10-15 hours/week) with room for studying and exams.

Your tasks
Specifically, we need your help with:
- project follow-up and updating references and CVs
- coordination of data in Excel and CRM
- planning internal courses and networks (AI, sales, CRM)
- ad hoc tasks related to offers, pre-qualifications, and small news for LinkedIn
- preparation of meeting materials and presentations.
In addition, there will be opportunities to be linked to specific projects or tasks depending on your area of interest.
Qualifications
We imagine that you are studying a relevant bachelor's or master's degree in IT, communication, or marketing and preferably have at least 2 years left of your education. Your field of study is not decisive, but it is important that you have an interest in and understanding of communication and dissemination.
Furthermore, we expect you to
- work structured, be detail-oriented, and good at collaborating
- be able to write in both Danish and English – and be able to write creatively and correctly
- have a flair for IT (Microsoft 365, Dynamics, Adobe) and an interest in AI and digitalization
- be adaptable, as you will work with routine tasks, but at the same time be ready to take on greater responsibility in connection with selected tasks and projects
- be welcoming and good at communicating at multiple levels in an organization
- perhaps have knowledge of InDesign/Illustrator.
