Job Summary
As a professional and customer service-oriented studio manager, you will oversee daily operations at the studio. You will supervise the operational and organizational standards, undertake administrative tasks, monitor inventory levels, and develop business strategies. Key responsibilities include scheduling and training employees, managing budgets, ensuring merchandise availability, analyzing sales, and assisting customers with services and appointments using Zoho CRM.
Must Have

- Complete studio operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees
- Maintain store staff through recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
- Prepare annual budget, schedule expenditures, analyze variances, and initiate corrective actions
- Ensure availability of merchandise and services by approving contracts and maintaining inventories
- Analyze sales figures, forecast future sales, and respond to customer complaints and comments
- Greet customers entering the studio, assist them with their needs, describe services, and explain proper tattoo aftercare
- Assist customers and artists with appointment scheduling and understand and use Zoho CRM
- Graduate degree or at least 5 years of experience in the field or related area
- Familiar with a variety of the fields concepts, practices, and procedures
- Strong leadership and customer management abilities
- Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
