Job Description

This position involves studio operation duties for virtual live and 3D LIVE productions, including operation of motion capture and recording studios, as well as external live houses and studios. Responsibilities include online streaming and video recording operations, camera operation and switching for live events, and creating and maintaining equipment configurations. The studio team is responsible for all aspects of 3D LIVE production, including models, stages, and direction. The team works together to create events, and also handles production work with partner companies. The ideal candidate is eager to provide new entertainment to the world and wants to improve the quality of online and offline events.

Good To Have:

Experience in equipment installation.
Knowledge of program screen composition.
Experience with ATEM Advanced Panel series, Roland ProA/V series switchers.
Experience with professional video cameras for live broadcasts/recordings.
Davinci Resolve operation skills.
Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator skills.

Must Have:

1+ years of experience in streaming or recording operations.
Experience in camera operation or switcher operation.
Knowledge of equipment configuration and streaming methods.

本ポジションでは、当社グループのモーションキャプチャースタジオおよび収録スタジオや、外部のライブハウス・スタジオでの収録・配信におけるオペレーション業務を担当いただきます。

・オンライン配信や動画収録におけるオペレーション業務
・ライブのカメラ操作、スイッチャー等のオペレーション業務
・案件における機材構成の作成やメンテナンス業務

スタジオチームについて

【スタジオについて】
本ポジションに所属いただくスタジオ部は、当社グループが運営するIP事業「ぶいすぽっ！」、「RIOT MUSIC」等が実施する3D LIVEにおけるモデル・ステージ・演出など全ての制作を担っている部門です。
また、オフラインイベント時は当日の配信環境の整備等も行っています。

【チームについて】
スタジオ部は、キャラクターモデリング、ステージ制作、技術開発、モーションキャプチャースタジオの管理・運営チームに分かれていますが、全員がワンチームとなって1つのイベントを創り上げます。
また、当社で運営するIP事業以外でも、業務提携を行っている企業における制作業務を行うこともあります。

必須スキル

・1年以上の配信または収録におけるオペレーション実務経験
・カメラマンまたはスイッチャーのオペレーションの経験
・機材構成、配信手法などの知見

歓迎スキル

・機材設営業務の経験
・番組画面構成に関する知識
・ATEM Advanced Panelシリーズ、Roland ProA/Vシリーズ等を使用したスイッチャー業務経験
・業務用ビデオカメラなどを利用した生放送/収録経験
・Davinci Resolveの操作スキル
・Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustratorの操作スキル
