Job Description

Marvell Coherent Digital Signal Processing (DSP) devices are crucial for efficient fiber-optic network transmission. This role involves designing, simulating, implementing, and validating Coherent DSPs as part of a skilled team. You will interpret customer requirements, create innovative signal processing solutions suitable for CMOS, model coherent systems in Matlab, C++, and Python, and define/execute functional verification. The summer program aims to provide practical experience in Digital Design, Communications, Signal Processing, and Analog Design, introduce emerging semiconductor technologies, and foster technical and soft skills in an innovative environment.
Must Have:
  • Must be pursuing a degree in Electronic Engineering or related technical field(s)
  • Have fewer than 3 final exams to graduate or less than 8 months to finish the career
  • Proven experience in C, C++, Verilog, and Python programming
  • Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Availability to relocate for 10 weeks to Córdoba city during the summer

You will be part of a highly skilled team that designs, simulates, implements, and validates Coherent DSPs.

What You Can Expect

  • Understand and interpret customer requirements for coherent optical systems
  • Create and evaluate innovative signal processing solutions that are suitable for CMOS implementation
  • Model coherent systems at different levels of detail in Matlab, C++, and Python
  • Define, implement, and execute functional verification and validation of the design
  • Write thorough documentation
  • Present and defend your decisions and results to customers

Summer Program Objectives:

  • Provide you with practical experience in areas such as Digital Design, Digital Communications, Digital Signal Processing, Analog Design, and others.
  • Introduce emerging technologies in the semiconductor industry.
  • Foster the development of technical and soft skills, such as teamwork and effective communication.

What We're Looking For
