Job Description

Provides administrative support for the Talent Acquisition team with recruitment processes, including miscellaneous projects related to staffing needs and recruitment. Supports the Talent team with recruiting efforts, managing job boards and recruiting resources. Responsibilities include posting jobs, scheduling interviews, preparing and sending offer letters, tracking candidate activities, assisting with internal transfers, and preparing reports for managers.
Good To Have:
  • Associate’s degree preferred
Must Have:
  • 2+ years of administrative experience
  • HS diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills
  • Basic knowledge of the recruiting process and related HR policies
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Position Summary:

Provides administrative support for the Talent Acquisition team with recruitment processes; including miscellaneous projects assigned related to staffing needs and recruitment. Supports Talent team with recruiting efforts, managing job boards and recruiting resources.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Support Talent Acquisition team with all administrative aspects of recruiting.
  • Work with recruiters to post jobs both internally and externally to various job sites
  • Schedules interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Prepares offer letters for approval. Sends offers to candidates in a timely manner and tracks responses.
  • Sends onboarding information and schedules start dates once offer is accepted
  • Assist with internal employee transfers
  • Track candidates’ activities and information including phone calls, emails and other communications
  • Assist with tracking all KPIs and metrics for the Talent Acquisition team; prepare reports for managers

Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:

  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills
  • Basic knowledge of the recruiting process and related HR policies
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • MS Office Skills

Position Qualifications:

Education:

HS diploma or equivalent

Associate’s degree preferred

Experience:

2+ years of administrative experience required, preferably in a recruiting environment

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

Office Environment

Ability to sit for long periods of time

Vision abilities required to validate and enter data on computer
