As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll shape the future of DraftKings by hiring the engineers, architects, and technical talent behind our game-changing technology. Based in London, you’ll lead recruitment efforts across both EMEA and U.S. markets, with a primary focus on technical hiring. You'll act as a strategic advisor to leaders across our Engineering, Product, and Tech teams, developing data-driven sourcing strategies, building high-performing pipelines, and delivering exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences.
What you’ll do as a Talent Acquisition Partner
- Lead full-cycle recruiting across EMEA and U.S. markets, with a strong focus on technical roles spanning engineering, infrastructure, and product.
- Partner with senior technical leaders to shape hiring strategies, inform workforce planning, and influence decision-making with talent market insights.
- Build and maintain robust pipelines through direct outreach, sourcing campaigns, and competitive research.
- Deliver a seamless and inclusive candidate experience across global recruitment efforts.
- Leverage Workday and CRM tools to drive operational efficiency, maintain data integrity, and generate insights.
- Collaborate on process optimization efforts, identifying opportunities to evolve our tools and workflows across Talent Acquisition.
- Stay ahead of regional hiring trends, compliance requirements, and labor market shifts to inform and adapt strategies.
- Represent DraftKings at industry events and lead engagement with technical talent communities.
- Contribute to early talent initiatives, including campus recruiting and internship programs.
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- At least 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a proven track record in technical hiring.
- Experience recruiting across both EMEA and U.S. markets, with strong knowledge of local hiring practices and compliance.
- A history of sourcing, engaging, and closing top-tier engineering and product talent.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience advising and influencing senior technical leaders.
- Proficiency in Workday and CRM platforms, with a focus on process and data excellence.
- Demonstrated experience supporting campus recruiting and early talent initiatives.
