Talent Acquisition Specialist

VGW is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Manila to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for diverse global campaigns. This role involves calibrating with hiring units, sourcing and managing candidates through selection to onboarding, ensuring excellent candidate experience, and tracking recruitment progress. The specialist will hire top international talent, adapting processes to local markets, and collaborating with People Operations and People & Culture teams. This is a remote-first role with occasional travel to Metro Manila.

• Excellent skills in analysis, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building

Our Talent Acquisition team is currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the team.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will deliver the end-to-end recruitment process managing recruitment campaigns across a diverse range of geographical locations, sourcing and hiring top talent internationally while adapting processes to local markets and cultures. Candidates must be adaptable to accommodate shifting schedules as required and be comfortable with occasional early or late hours to align with global team members.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Calibrate with the hiring unit and post job advertisements.
• Source and review applications.
• Manage the candidates through the selection process up to the onboarding stage.
• Constantly communicate and update the hiring unit on the progress of the hiring process.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience at every stage of the process and foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential contractors.
• Track and update reports on a regular basis.
• Handle sensitive information, understanding the importance of confidentiality and protecting candidate and company information.
• Collaborate with People Operations and People & Culture teams as needed.

What you will bring to the role:

• At least three years of demonstrated experience in talent acquisition within an agile work environment.
• Proven experience in managing global recruitment strategies and hiring processes across multiple regions.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems like Greenhouse.
• Excellent skills in analysis, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to shifting priorities.

We primarily operate in a remote work environment; however, we appreciate a flexible approach with regards to travel to Metro Manila if required on occasion. Any changes to our remote work arrangement will be communicated with ample notice.
