Job Description

This role involves comprehensive market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify trends and specifier needs in Building Finishing. The manager will develop and implement product strategies, collaborate with sales and marketing, and build strong relationships with architects to integrate Sika products into projects. Responsibilities also include continuous product portfolio management, performance monitoring, and organizing events for product launches and training.
Must have:
  • Identify market trends and the needs of specifiers in the Building Finishing field (architects, designers, contractors).
  • Develop launch and promotional strategies for finishing products based on market needs and technical requirements.
  • Work closely with sales teams to develop targeted promotional actions and ensure successful implementation of strategies.
  • Develop strong relationships with architects and other specifiers, informing them of product benefits, and influencing their choices.
  • Ensure the continuous management and updating of products in line with new trends, competition and customer needs.
  • Analyze product performance on the market and adjust strategies according to the results obtained.
  • Organize and coordinate events, training or seminars to present products to specifiers and customers.
