Job Description

As a development specialist, you will lead requirements definition, design, and development. You will not only lead technically but also handle a wide range of tasks from client issue hearings, proposals, technology selection, technical verification, and architecture design to development. This includes various system development tasks, architecture design, technology selection, standardization of code quality standards, code reviews, and allocation of development tasks and schedule management. Your duties will be assigned considering your experience and aspirations. The company has stable transactions with various leading companies in the IT and web industries, allowing employees to acquire diverse skills and know-how that cannot be gained by staying with one company for many years.
Must Have:
  • Experience in basic design for 60 months
  • Experience with multiple languages among Java, Javascript, React, Go, Typescript, Python
  • Experience in cloud environment development for 12 months
  • Experience in architecture design
  • Experience as a team leader for 5 or more members for 12 months

Salary

Monthly salary: 430,000 yen to 600,000 yen
