Main Job Responsibilities

The work you will be entrusted with involves programming for a wide range of game content, including smartphone game apps, home console games, and PC games.

  • In-game implementation (AI design/implementation, character control, effect implementation, etc.)
  • Out-game implementation (UI implementation, screen transitions, synthesis, evolution screen implementation, etc.)
  • API implementation
  • Development environment setup
  • Game engine development
  • Plugin development, etc.
  • Negotiation with external or other departments
  • Other related tasks

*Note: You will not be responsible for all of the above client-side tasks; you will be assigned one of them based on your past achievements and aptitude.

We have stable business relationships with top companies leading the game industry, such as Bandai Namco Group, Sega Group, and Konami. As a member of a production company, you will participate in various client projects, allowing you to acquire diverse skills and know-how that cannot be achieved within a single company!

Application Requirements

Required Skills

  • Practical experience in game development or operation projects
  • Game client-side design and development experience
  • Experience with either smartphone, console, arcade, or PC games (casual games only are not acceptable)
  • Practical programming (coding) experience
  • Experience with C++ or C#
  • Experience with Unreal Engine 4/5 or Unity

Preferred Skills

Salary

Monthly salary: 240,000 JPY - 530,000 JPY

Annual salary: 3,600,000 JPY - 8,000,000 JPY

*Includes fixed overtime pay

Previous salary, experience, and abilities will be considered preferentially, and determined according to company regulations.
