Job Description
Main Tasks
- Regular Operations
- Payments, invoicing, accounts receivable/payable management, fund management, monthly closing, coordination and communication with internal departments and external parties, etc.
- Overall Financial Closing Operations
- Financial closing accounting, preparation of company law-related documents, consolidated reporting, tax calculation, filing, and payment, etc.
Required (MUST)
- Accounting practical experience in a general company
- Knowledge of NISSYO BOKI Level 2 or higher
Desired (WANT)
- Experience in consolidated financial statement operations
- Management accounting (budget/actual management)
Employment Details
- Contract Period: Determined based on previous job, experience, and ability, in accordance with company regulations.
- Working Hours: 9:30 - 18:30 (Break time 12:30 - 13:30, Actual working hours 8 hours)
- Overtime Work: Average overtime 10.9 hours/month
- Employment Type Details: Full-time employee (6-month probationary period, salary and treatment remain unchanged during this period)
- Salary Increase: Full-time employee: Once a year (June) - Salary revision
- Bonuses: Full-time employee: Twice a year (July, December) - Assessment starts after the probationary period ends. Not provided to contract employees.
