ChillBase studio is an independent and innovative player in the gaming industry, passionate about crafting outstanding products. They are building OneState, a mobile open-world MMO on Unity, utilizing advanced Art-Tech tools for lifelike graphics. The role involves integrating and configuring 2D/3D content in Unity, reviewing assets, collaborating with artists and developers, automating processes, and organizing project structure. Good To Have:
  • Experience in optimizing 3D/2D content
  • Experience with open-world game projects
  • Ability to create/edit shaders using HLSL
Must Have:
  • Experience working as a Technical Artist
  • Experience with 3D games
  • Hands-on experience with Unity
  • Proficiency with Git
  • Understanding of modern rendering technologies and 3D content creation workflows
  • Proficiency in 3D graphics tools (Maya, 3ds Max, Substance Painter, Blender) and 2D tools (Photoshop)
  • Understanding of integrating and configuring different types of content within a game project
  • Ability to create/edit shaders (Amplify Shader Editor / Shader Graph)

Expectations

What we want to see:

  • Experience working as a Technical Artist
  • Experience with 3D games
  • Hands-on experience with Unity
  • Proficiency with Git
  • Understanding of modern rendering technologies and 3D content creation workflows
  • Proficiency in 3D graphics tools (Maya, 3ds Max, Substance Painter, Blender) and 2D tools (Photoshop)
  • Understanding of integrating and configuring different types of content within a game project

  • Constructive communication and ability to give clear, actionable feedback

What you will be doing:

  • Integrating and configuring 2D and 3D content in Unity
  • Reviewing and accepting assets from artists
  • Collaborating with artists and developers to transfer assets and develop technical solutions
  • Assisting in automating routine processes
  • Working with project structure: hierarchy, naming conventions, and general organization
