ChillBase studio is an independent gaming company developing OneState RP MMO. We are looking for a Community Manager for the Latam region to craft community structure, guide in-game support, enhance communication, create gameplay tutorials, collect feedback, organize social media events, and moderate platforms. This role involves working on captivating projects with minimal bureaucracy and receiving constructive feedback.

  • Experience with Role Play projects
Must Have:
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Community Manager in a gaming project
  • Experience using, managing and editing discord servers
  • Deep knowledge of Latin American gaming culture
  • Fluency in English (C1-C2)
  • Native or Near native Spanish
  • Excellent communication skills
