Job Description
SOFTSWISS is seeking a Junior Technical Operations Manager to join their expanding team. The role involves handling technical operations requests related to transaction issues and payment methods, customizing new client payment methods on websites, and performing technical troubleshooting for transactions and payment systems. Responsibilities include maintaining the efficiency of payment systems, interacting with payment systems and related departments, and analyzing payment problem patterns for reporting. The ideal candidate will have experience in Operations Management or B2B technical support, knowledge of WEB architecture basics, and basic programming knowledge.
Must have:
- Handle technical operations requests
- Customize new client payment methods
- Technical troubleshooting of transactions
- Maintain payment system efficiency
- Interaction with payment systems
- Analyze payment patterns and report
- Interact with related departments
- Experience in Operations Manager/B2B tech support
- Knowledge of WEB architecture basics
- Higher or incomplete higher education
- Proficiency in English and Russian (Upper Intermediate)
- Knowledge of basic programming concepts
Good to have:
- Experience in Fintech/Payments industry
- Understanding of Payment System
- Knowledge of transactions flow
- Experience with JIRA, Jenkins, Gitlab
- Experience with monitoring systems (ELK)
- Understanding of information/application security
- Knowledge of SSH and access credentials

Job Details
Overview:
SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Junior Technical Operations Manager. We need an accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.
Key responsibilities:
- Handling technical operations requests from first line support about transactions issues and Payment Methods work
- Roll out a customization of new Clients Customization Payment Methods on the Client’s website
- Technical troubleshooting about transactions and Payment Methods
- Maintaining the efficiency of payment systems
- Interaction with payment systems
- Analysis and identification of patterns in problems with payments with subsequent reporting
- Interaction with related departments (2nd line, Finance, Account managers, B2C…)
Required Experience:
- Experience as an Operations Manager, B2B technical support (2nd line)
- Knowledge of the basics of WEB architecture
- Higher or incomplete higher education, preference for graduates of technical universities
- Proficiency in both English and Russian, with a minimum level of Upper Intermediate (B2)
- Knowledge of the basics in programming (data types/basic operators/functions)
Nice to have:
- Experience in Fintech, Payments industry
- Understanding how the Payment System works
- Knowledge about transactions flow
