Job Description
The role involves the technical leadership of the Connectivity Management team, fostering professional development, knowledge transfer, and team cohesion. You will develop and be responsible for the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the central network infrastructure across Germany and the USA, including SD-LAN, WLAN, WAN, Remote Access, Authentication, and Firewalls. This includes building and maintaining stakeholder relationships, providing expert network advice for complex changes, managing external providers, and overseeing budget responsibilities, including planning, expense control, and order coordination.
Must have:
- Several years of experience as a team lead or product owner in network/IT infrastructure.
- Solid technical understanding of networking, preferably in Cisco environments.
- Strong communication, assertiveness, and strategic thinking skills.
- Proficiency in agile methodologies, ITIL, or OKR.
- Very good German and at least good English language skills.

- du übernimmst die fachliche Leitung des Connectivity Management Teams und förderst aktiv Weiterbildung, Wissenstransfer und Teamzusammenhalt
- du entwickelst und verantwortest die Produktvision, Strategie und Roadmap für unsere zentrale Netzwerk-Infrastruktur an den Standorten in Deutschland und den USA (SD-LAN, WLAN, WAN, Remote Access, Authentifizierung, Firewall etc.)
- du baust vertrauensvolle Beziehungen zu Stakeholdern auf und pflegst sie, um gemeinsam tragfähige Lösungen zu entwickeln
- du berätst in Netzwerkfragen bei komplexen Veränderungen und bringst deine technische Expertise gezielt ein
- du steuerst externe Provider operativ, sorgst für klare Absprachen und eine zuverlässige Leistungserbringung
- du übernimmst die Budgetverantwortung, planst vorausschauend, kontrollierst Ausgaben und koordinierst Bestellungen
Was du mitbringst:
- du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung als Teamleiter oder Product Owner im Netzwerk- bzw. IT-Infrastrukturumfeld mit
- du verfügst über ein fundiertes technisches Verständnis im Netzwerkbereich – idealerweise im Cisco-Umfeld
- du überzeugst durch Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und strategischem Denken
- du setzt Methodenkompetenz gezielt ein – ob agil, mit ITIL oder OKR
- du beherrschst Deutsch auf sehr gutem und Englisch auf mindestens gutem Niveau
