Hi, I'm Werner Booysen, Senior Product Manager for Broadcast Replay at Hawk-Eye Innovations. Are you passionate about creating clear, concise, and engaging technical documentation? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment? Join our team and play a key role in delivering top-tier content for our Broadcast Replay products. We work with industry leaders like CBS, ESPN, NFL, and PGA to design and maintain world-class replay systems.

What Your Day Will Look Like

• Produce and maintain clear, concise, and consistent documentation about our Replay software and hardware for internal teams, clients, and third parties.

• Use data-driven metrics and customer feedback to continually refine documentation and best practices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and product managers, to create educational content.

• Become a subject matter expert in our Replay systems and asset management tools.

• Review, proofread, and maintain consistency in technical content across platforms.

• Work independently to gather information, participate in meetings, and examine design documents to ensure accuracy.

• Develop and maintain a unified voice and format across all documentation.

Tech Stack and Skill Requirements

• Proven experience in technical writing for software and hardware, including user guides, release notes, and tutorials.

• Impeccable written English with the ability to write consistently and concisely.

• Strong ability to organize and present content clearly.

• Experience working directly with development teams to translate technical concepts into user-friendly content.

• Ability to manage multiple projects independently under tight deadlines.

• Effective stakeholder management and adaptability to different requirements.

• Experience documenting workflows and interfaces with other business functions.

• Experience in broadcasting or similar industries would be a bonus

• Knowledge of MadCap Software is essential
