Job Description

Hong Kong Disneyland seeks a Technician (Building & Architectural) to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building and architectural elements. Responsibilities include painting, plaster work, carpentry, welding, and other relevant trades. The role requires shift duty, including mornings (8:00 am to 5:30 pm), afternoons (1:30 pm to 11:30 pm), and overnight shifts (10:45 pm to 8:15 am). Candidates must possess a Certificate in Building & Architectural or a recognized apprenticeship and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential. The position requires working various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Must have:
  • Certificate in Building & Architectural or equivalent
  • 2+ years relevant experience
  • Shift duty availability
  • Painting, plastering, carpentry, welding skills
Good to have:
  • Category 1 or 2 driving license

​This position requires shift duty.
Typical shift hour: Morning shift (8:00am to 5:30pm) ; Afternoon shift (1:30pm to 11:30pm) ; Overnight shift (10:45pm to 8:15am).

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of building and architectural elements, such as painting, plaster work, carpenter, welding and other relevant trades

Basic Qualifications:

• Certificate in Building & Architectural OR recognized apprenticeship OR equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Shift duties are required
• Self-motivated, good interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Driving license of category 1 or 2 is preferred

Additional Information:

SCHEDULE AVAILABILITY

Our Theme Park and Resort Hotels operate 365 days a year. Candidates will need to work shifts according to a roster that is determined by the Company, including shifts on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
