ComeOn Group is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Manager to lead its sales team. This role involves managing two Team Leaders and ten Telesales Agents, driving performance, and scaling operations. The manager will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative sales strategies, setting ambitious targets, analyzing sales data, and fostering a high-energy team environment through continuous training and development.
Must Have
- 3+ years of progressive experience in Telesales Management or a similar high-volume call centre environment
- Proven experience directly managing Team Leaders or Supervisors
- Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and successfully scale a telesales operation
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and performance improvement
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills
Good to Have
- Experience in a rapidly growing or "scaling-up" environment
- Competent in AI literacy
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements related to telesales

The role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Manager to lead our sales team. You will be responsible for managing two dedicated Team Leaders and a team of ten Telesales Agents, driving performance, and scaling our operations to the next level of success. This role is perfect for a strategic leader with a proven track record in telesales management, coaching, and implementing high-impact sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Management
- Directly manage and mentor two Telesales Team Leaders, ensuring they have the tools and training necessary to excel in their roles.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the wider Telesales Agent team, ensuring adherence to best practices and company policies.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance reviews with Team Leaders and provide final-tier coaching for Agents as needed.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new telesales talent.
Strategy & Performance
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies and call scripts to maximise conversion rates and drive revenue growth.
- Establish clear, ambitious targets for the team and individual agents, and ensure consistent achievement of KPIs (e.g., call volume, conversion rates, revenue).
- Analyse sales data, performance metrics, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and proactively adjust strategies.
- Work with other key stake holders to ensure a clear message for the customer and ensuring every call counts
Training & Development
- Create and facilitate ongoing training programs focused on product knowledge, sales techniques, objection handling, and customer service excellence.
- Foster a high-energy, competitive, and supportive team environment that promotes continuous learning and professional development.
- Implement a robust quality assurance process to monitor calls, provide constructive feedback, and ensure consistent delivery of the brand message.
About you
