Award-winning TiMi Studio Group seeks a Game Designer to develop a AAA, open-world game based on a new IP. The project will be released on multiple platforms using Unreal’s latest technology. As a Senior Game Designer, your role will be to design innovative game features that support our creative direction.

What will you do?

The Game Designer works in collaboration with our Game Director, Programmers and other disciplines to design and implement innovative game features. They conceptualize and prototype ideas that integrate well with our game fantasy. They are autonomous and can bring concepts to the screen rapidly. They are comfortable working in a highly collaborative and innovative environment.

• Help set the direction for a variety of gameplay mechanics, including 3Cs, combat, AI and other systems

• Define and uphold design principles to ensure gameplay is cohesive, systemic, and fun

• Communicate the design of the game to the team on a regular basis

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to create gameplay features

• Share a passion to innovate, especially in the design and development of open world games

Requirements / Exigences:

What we’re looking for?

• At least 1 year of professional AAA game development experience

• A demonstrable history of creating industry-leading design

• A deep understanding of low-level design craft that leads to play experiences that are both immediately accessible and have depth

• Ability to quickly prototype and iterate in collaboration with others

• Self-directed, taking initiative to drive progress

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
