You will join the GBS - Global Business Services department and its FP&P - Finance Projects and Processes team, responsible for the continuous improvement of Finance Processes and associated Projects.
You will bring your expertise to the Treasury stream, with a global scope: Asia, Americas, Europe.
You will work closely with the Treasury team as well as other teams: IS/IT, other financial departments mainly PTP CTC & RTR.
Your missions
As a BPE Business Process Expert, you ensure that treasury processes are "Best in class" and constantly progressing, compared to market practices and according to market innovations.
- You ensure the constant optimization of related processes and systems globally, the advancement of initiatives, the monitoring of actions and change management with users.
- You participate in the definition of standards and procedures as a Treasury business expert. You ensure their proper adoption and drive change if necessary.
- You actively participate in the definition and prioritization of system and process evolutions.
- You provide your business expertise in the deployment of new tools and technologies impacting treasury.
- You are also involved in the integration of systems and processes of entities acquired.
- You take charge of training Treasury functional teams.
- You carry out regular process audits to ensure there are no discrepancies: Diagnosis of existing processes and definition of improvement priorities and their justification in connection with operations.
- You communicate precisely and concisely on project progress.
- You lead and/or contribute to several SI and/or process improvement projects: drafting specifications, leading implementation with a lean approach, supporting change management, monitoring project ownership.
- You are aware of new process/system trends concerning your area of expertise so that you can propose improvements.
Your qualifications
- Higher education in finance, with equivalent practical experience of at least 3 years, acquired in a Treasury department of a medium to large international company.
- Experience in managing several projects and leading international operational and strategic initiatives. Practical knowledge of enterprise resource planning systems.
- Good accounting skills.
- Experience in e-money/online sales would be a plus.
- The following technical knowledge is a plus:
- Knowledge of an ERP such as Peoplesoft, Oracle, SAP
- Knowledge of a treasury tool such as Kyriba
- Knowledge of payment formats (XML) and payment methods
- Autonomy and initiative in a fast-evolving environment.
- Ability to analyze problems, create an approach framework and proactively propose solutions.
- Influence other partners to adopt defined improvements in processes and standards.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Fluent English is essential.
