Job Summary
Join Nasdaq’s Capital Access Platforms Performance Marketing team to manage day-to-day updates of web and video content using an enterprise CMS. This role involves close partnership with internal stakeholders across marketing, design, and development to implement updates, maintain governance standards, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery. You will also oversee project management for new web page buildouts, managing timelines, coordinating approvals, and ensuring launches meet SEO, accessibility, legal, and brand requirements. Must Have
- Manage and prioritize web and video content update requests
- Coordinate with internal teams for website page planning, building, QA, and launch
- Maintain governance across CAP web properties
- Conduct quality assurance reviews before publication
- Support ongoing SEO initiatives
- Document processes and maintain web standards
- Collaborate with analytics and SEO stakeholders
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, website production, or web project management
- Familiarity with enterprise CMS platforms
- Working knowledge of SEO best practices and analytics tools (GA4, Search Console)
- Strong project management skills with tools like Monday.com, Asana, or Jira
- High attention to detail with focus on process consistency and quality assurance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, global environment
- Amenable to working mid-shift (4PM – 1AM Manila time)
- Amenable to working twice a week in the office
Good to Have
- Previous website content management system experience (Drupal experience a big plus)
- A strong understanding of web technologies (e.g. responsive design, SEO, light HTML)
- Experience in using Adobe Photoshop to resize/crop website images
- Experience developing B2B digital destinations with a lead conversion or revenue focus
- Proficient knowledge of project management platforms such as Jira and Monday

What You Will Do
You’ll join Nasdaq’s Capital Access Platforms Performance Marketing team, which manages the day-to-day updates of the division’s web and video content using our enterprise CMS. In this role, you’ll partner closely with internal stakeholders across marketing, design, and development to implement updates, maintain governance standards, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
You’ll also oversee project management for new web page buildouts — managing timelines, coordinating approvals, and ensuring each launch meets SEO, accessibility, legal, and brand requirements.
- Manage and prioritize incoming web and video content update requests across CAP business units.
- Coordinate with internal teams to plan, build, QA, and launch new website pages.
- Maintain governance across CAP web properties — ensuring consistency in layout, branding, and metadata.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews before publication to confirm accuracy, functionality, and compliance with accessibility standards.
- Support ongoing SEO initiatives by implementing metadata, internal linking, and structured content updates.
- Document processes and maintain web standards to drive operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with analytics and SEO stakeholders to monitor performance and identify optimization opportunities.
What We Expect
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, website production, or web project management.
- Familiarity with enterprise CMS platforms (e.g., Drupal experience a big plus).
- Working knowledge of SEO best practices and analytics tools (GA4, Search Console).
- Strong project management skills with experience using tools such as Monday.com, Asana, or Jira.
- High attention to detail with a focus on process consistency and quality assurance.
