We are seeking a skilled Web Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing digital assets, building content templates, and supporting the Wizards Play Network content team in B2B communications. We are seeking an individual who is diligent and has strong web development and digital asset management skills.
 

What You'll Do:

  • Mark up website copy with HTML and fill out Microsoft Excel templates for content upload into various modules.
  • Coordinate, store, catalog, and distribute digital assets within the organization.
  • Conduct regular audits of digital asset libraries to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Coordinate with localization teams to send and receive local language variations
  • Partner with the content team to test and configure new website features in Contentful CMS.
  • Collaborate with the Content Manager and team to improve internal digital asset management strategies and workflows.
  • Collect and collate data using Google Analytics 4 to inform and optimize web strategies.
  • Perform light server and SharePoint maintenance, including archiving folders and ensuring proper organization.
  • Provide miscellaneous support tasks to the content team as needed.
     

What You'll Bring:

  • Demonstrable experience in web development and digital asset management.
  • Proficiency in HTML and Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with Contentful CMS and Google Analytics 4.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in working cross-functionally and collaborating within a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
     

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop

 

Additional Details:

Please note that this is a contract role providing services to Wizards through an external staffing partner. If you are selected for this role, you will be employed by Eastridge and will not be an employee of Wizards.

  • Employment Type: Contractor/Temporary
  • Location: Fully Remote
  • Duration: 9 months with possibility to extend to 12 months
  • Pay Range: $27-42/hour
