This role is for an Assistant Administrator to the WFM Schedulers, responsible for the end-to-end schedule cycle. Key duties include WFM systems management, maintaining accurate call volume and staffing data, assisting with scheduling to ensure consistent coverage, and performing daily, weekly, and monthly performance analytics. The position supports United States operations, requiring flexibility for shift work, including weekends and public holidays, with a 9-hour shift duration.
Must Have:- WFM systems management, including employee profile and skill-set maintenance.
- Maintaining accurate call volume, average handle time, arrival patterns, staffing, and requirement calculations.
- Assisting schedulers with change requirements for consistent interval coverage and performance.
- Monitoring and tracking all aspects of the planning cycle.
- Maintaining schedule integrity to meet business objectives.
- Reviewing daily performance and providing recommendations.
- Performing previous week and month analytics.
- Monitoring performance controls and measurements for on-site activities.
- Assisting with weekly IDP schedule data, analytics, and callouts.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, for United States operations.
- Ability to work 9-hour shifts with a one-hour break.
