Job Description

As a Workday Consultant, you will provide daily support across multiple Workday modules, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and advising stakeholders. You’ll perform internal data audits and support external audits, including SOX and finance-related reviews. The role involves managing SLA-based case resolution, collaborating with team members, and contributing to Workday projects and release activities. This position offers a dynamic environment to expand your HR platform expertise while working with a collaborative and high-performing team.
Must have:
  • 4-6 years of hands-on Workday experience across HCM, Recruiting, Reporting, Performance, and Absence modules.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in Workday Reporting and Calculated Fields for actionable insights.
  • Skilled in preparing and executing mass data uploads using EIBs.
  • In-depth knowledge of Workday Recruiting to resolve configuration challenges.
  • Strong understanding of Workday’s Business Process Framework.
  • Capable of configuring and optimizing Business Processes.
  • Proactive in identifying process improvements and implementing best practices.
  • Experience supporting internal and external audit requirements, including SOX compliance.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills to build strong relationships.
  • Proficient in gathering business requirements, creating test scenarios, and executing test plans.
  • Active contributor to Workday release cycles, including impact analysis and feature adoption.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, focusing on knowledge sharing.
  • Experienced in creating clear documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Hybrid working – two days a week mandatory at office.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
