As a Working Student in Talent Acquisition at Nagarro, you'll support the team in active sourcing, identifying talent through platforms like Xing and LinkedIn. Responsibilities include assisting with university and recruiting fair visits, internal and external employer branding projects, and applicant management (planning, coordinating, and conducting interviews). You will gain experience in a global, dynamic company and contribute to a high-growth environment.

Job Description

  • You support our Talent Acquisition Team in active sourcing and identify talents via platforms such as Xing or LinkedIn.
  • Together with the team, you assist in planning and organizing our visits to university and recruiting fairs, as well as internal and external (employer branding) projects.
  • You actively support us within the applicant management by planning, coordination of and conducting interviews and appointments.

  • Zusammen mit dem Team hilfst Du bei der Planung und Organisation unserer Besuche auf Universitäts- und Karrieremessen sowie bei internen und externen Employer-Branding-Projekten.
  • Außerdem unterstützt Du uns aktiv im Bewerbermanagement, indem Du Interviews und Termine planst, koordinierst und durchführst.

 

Qualifications

  • You are currently completing a bachelor's or master's degree in the field of business, communication, business psychology, HR Management, or social sciences or in a comparable course of study.
  • You are enthusiastic about recruiting topics and want to gain (initial) experience in the recruiting environment of a global, dynamic company.
  • You have creative ideas for approaching new talents and convince with your own initiative.
  • You are an excellent team player and excite people with your open, outgoing manner.
  • You have very good written and spoken German (C1-C2) and English (B2 upward) skills.
  • You are quick on the uptake, work carefully and are results oriented.

  • Du befindest Dich derzeit in einem Bachelor- oder Masterstudium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Kommunikation, Wirtschaftspsychologie, HR-Management, Sozialwissenschaften oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang.
  • Du begeisterst Dich für Recruiting-Themen und möchtest (erste) Erfahrungen im Recruiting-Umfeld eines globalen, dynamischen Unternehmens sammeln.
  • Du hast kreative Ideen, wie man neue Talente anspricht, und überzeugst durch Eigeninitiative.
  • Du bist ein exzellenter Teamplayer und begeisterst Menschen mit Deiner offenen, kontaktfreudigen Art.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1-C2) und gute Englischkenntnisse (ab B2).
  • Du bist lernfähig, arbeitest sorgfältig und bist ergebnisorientiert.
