You will be supporting global teams and enabling seamless collaboration across international locations – all while contributing to the growth of a high-performing, tech-driven company.</p><h3 class="text-xl md:text-2xl font-bold mt-8 mb-3 text-gray-800">Responsibilities</h3><ul class="list-disc list-inside my-5 pl-5 space-y-2 text-gray-700"><li class="leading-relaxed">Oversee and manage the entire IT infrastructure of the Bangalore office, ensuring the availability, security, and performance of hardware, software, and network systems.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Deliver first-level technical support for all employees and our customers, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues in a timely manner.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Administer user accounts, access rights, and security permissions in line with company policies and compliance standards.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Maintain accurate IT asset inventories and manage stock levels of equipment and peripherals on a day-to-day basis.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Coordinate the acquisition, installation, and commissioning of all IT-related equipment and office infrastructure, including vendor liaison and logistics oversight.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Configure and maintain network components such as routers, switches, and firewalls to support a reliable and secure enterprise environment.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Prepare, test, and package hardware for customer shipments, ensuring readiness and quality standards.</li></ul><h3 class="text-xl md:text-2xl font-bold mt-8 mb-3 text-gray-800">Qualifications</h3><ul class="list-disc list-inside my-5 pl-5 space-y-2 text-gray-700"><li class="leading-relaxed">Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">3+ years of hands-on experience in IT support, system administration, or network operations within a professional environment.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Deep understanding of Microsoft-based enterprise environments, including Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, and Intune.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Proven expertise in troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues efficiently.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Experience in managing user accounts, access rights, and IT security protocols (e.g., MFA, endpoint encryption).</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence for ticketing and documentation.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with a service-oriented mindset.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">High attention to detail and reliability in documentation and asset tracking.</li></ul><p class="my-4 text-gray-700 leading-relaxed"><strong>About realworld one</strong></p><p class="my-4 text-gray-700 leading-relaxed">realworld one’s mission is to accelerate advancements in the life sciences community by providing the best extended reality solutions.
